Highly proficient with modern design, prototyping and presentation tools such as Sketch, Figma, XD, Keynote, Principle, After Effects | Internship - Blender 3d Artist

• Experience with leading the product design for apps that have been shipped or in the making.
• Adept at mentoring designers and setting clear, ambitious and achievable goals
• Excellent collaborative and interpersonal skills with an openness to teach and learn from others
• An ability to deliver clear, compelling and persuasive presentations
• Understanding of the Human interface guidelines, app development process.
• Meticulous attention to detail
• A passion for B&C, its products, and its customers is a must

Responsibilities: 

• Trend Forecasting - picking the right trends that would shape the brand look for B&C and collections

• New Silhouette Suggestions for every Season/Collection • Innovate on novel Fabric/Trims

• Pick up on Trends & Colors 

• Executing Sampling of the new fits/silhouettes 

• CAD development for all categories - Menswear, Womenswear, Kidswear (Apparels) 

• Techpack Layout development 

• Textile design ideation and development 

• Styling guidance briefs to be given to the Styling Department Skills & 

Qualification: 

• Proficient with different design software like Adobe Illustrator, and Adobe Photoshop. 

• Superior knowledge of fashion design principles. 

• Excellent creativity with a good sense of fashion and style. 

• In-depth knowledge of garment technology. 

• Proficiency in computer-aided fashion design applications and digital visualization tools. 

• Strong interpersonal, communication, and time-management skills.

 • Excellent attention to detail. 

•  Good sense of aesthetics and details. 

• Team player with the ability to prioritize & handle multiple projects to meet deadlines.

Education & Experience: 

• 1-3 years' experience working in a similar field. 

• Graduate in Fashion or equivalent degree
